Having qualified in accredited Level 2 Group Exercise to Music Instructing and significantly improving my own physical health in the last few years, I am bringing Fitness for Wellness to Shropshire!

In Fitness for Wellness classes, each class will be structured and focused on specific exercises to include Low impact cardio, body strength and conditioning, flexibility & relaxation. Classes are taught at a medium pace, with focus on correct technique for safe, effective and accessible workouts. 

-Fitness for Wellness class:
A weekly 45 minute class held at Much Wenlock Priory Hall, 7.45-8.30pm. Doors open at 7.30pm, bring a fitness mat & a drink. No booking required, £5 pay as you attend, or £15 pay for the month.

FITNESS FOR WELLNESS- MUCH WENLOCK

Cardio, muscular strength training & stretching, work at your own level.
In this workout, I provide the structure, correct technique and join you as you work to your current level and progress week by week. These classes really are designed for all. If you are new to community exercise, new to working out, committing to your current fitness regime or just looking for a class to join, these are for you!

The workout will last 45 mins including warm up and cool down.
Fitness Mat & drink required for each session.
